Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) is a long-term and often hard-to-treat mental health condition. Our charity aims to subsidies therapy for those living with complex PTSD in Australia. We work alongside the existing Medicare subsidies to make 12 months of therapy more accessible to those on a low income. Our charity believes that therapists who have undergone specific training are the best equipped to treat the complexities surrounding C-PTSD, we aim to allow more people to access these services ensuring they get the best possible care.
1) Financially subsidise specialised treatment of CPTSD for individuals experiencing financial hardship.
2) Promote the importance of specialised treatment for the recovery of CPTSD.
3) Promote a recovery-focused approach.
,We are currently closed for our pilot funding phase. In this pilot phase, we have subsidised the cost of four people’s therapy. We are currently seeking donations to begin our next round of funding. Please join our mailing list to stay updated.
Your donation makes a difference. We run completely off volunteers, so all your money goes directly to funding therapy for people living with C-PTSD
All donations are fully tax deductible.

#WeCanRecover
Recovery relates to a social model that means living a meaningful life.
There is no single definition for mental health recovery, as it is highly individual and personal. Recovery is often long term and nonlinear.
For some people recovery means to be symptom free, for others it means managing their mental illness well enough to be able to live a meaningful life.
